Detox Juice: A Healthy Way to Cleanse Toxins

- Eat vegetable salad with a lemon and olive oil dressing but no croutons or cheese for dinner. You can add olives, sun dried tomatoes, capers and herbs for variety.
- Drink chamomile or peppermint tea before going to bed.
